Trolley Kids / Phelps Youth Pavilion (Ages 7-14)
Thursday, July 29, 10:00am - 4:00pm
The Waterloo Center for the Arts will offer a specially theme based art activity, the activity will take 1 hour to complete. There is no charge for the art activity.  To enter the Phelps Youth Pavilion, an interactive gallery with over 40 different hands-on activities, all children 12 & under must be accompanied by an adult, a special admission fee of $3 per person will be offered to Trolley Kids and RAGBRAI participants.
